After sitting on the market (with a highly rated agent) for months with no good deals (and one that fell through), I switched to Yisroel Weiss.
Within a few days of re-listing with Yisroel, we had 3 offers!!!
A week later we had a signed contract for 9% above the asking price, even in the current sluggish/cooling market and the high rates!!! (Not to mention that it was a much better deal than the original deal that fell through.
